About the Role

The Head of Brand will be responsible for building and growing The Regular’s brand presence, with a particular focus on B2B2C advertising and event marketing. This role will ensure that The Regular's voice and brand positioning resonate with both business partners and end consumers, while also driving awareness and participation in our events. The Head of Brand will collaborate with the Head of Growth to align on overall brand strategy and will play a critical role in shaping the company’s public image.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B2C brand strategy to increase awareness and drive engagement in The Regular's events and experiences

  • Oversee marketing and social campaigns for B2B2C advertising, focusing on events like karaoke nights, trivia competitions, and community activities.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and in-person experiences.

  • Collaborate with external creative and media agencies to produce high-impact advertising campaigns.

  • Partner with the Head of Growth to align branding efforts with product marketing strategies.

  • Utilize consumer insights to inform creative direction and messaging in ads and campaigns.

  • Monitor brand health through qualitative and quantitative research and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Act as the key stakeholder for all brand touchpoints, ensuring The Regular is positioned as the go-to platform for community-driven events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in brand marketing with a focus on B2B2C and event marketing.

  • Strong creative vision with the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling campaigns.

  • Experience in both digital and traditional advertising.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of event marketing, community engagement, and consumer behavior trends.

  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally.
