About the Role
The Head of Growth will be responsible for leading the company's B2B product marketing strategy, focusing on growing partnerships with venues and service providers. This role will drive the acquisition, retention, and growth of B2B customers by leveraging marketing, sales, and product insights to optimize the go-to-market strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B growth strategies, including demand generation, lead nurturing, and revenue optimization, and will collaborate closely with the Head of Brand to ensure a cohesive message across all channels.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of a B2B product marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
Own the growth marketing funnel, from lead generation through customer retention and upsell.
Build and scale multi-channel campaigns targeting B2B audiences, including direct outreach, content marketing, and partnerships.
Work closely with product teams to understand customer needs and create compelling marketing messaging and collateral.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with business goals.
Monitor performance metrics to continuously optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
Contribute to the overall brand strategy by ensuring consistency in messaging across all B2B touchpoints.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a growth marketing role with a focus on B2B.
Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and marketing automation tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.
